Padel Motion Tracker is an iOS app that analyzes and scores padel strokes from a video recorded or selected by the user. All analysis happens entirely on the user's device (on-device). There is no server backend that video or motion data is transmitted to.
The app offers optional in-app subscriptions. Only for managing these subscriptions is limited purchase data processed by Apple and by the service provider RevenueCat (see section 5). Videos, motion data and analysis results are never part of this.

The app processes the following data exclusively on the device:
The app requests access to the camera and/or photo library in order to record or select videos for analysis. This access is used solely for local processing of the videos. Permission can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy.
Videos and analysis results are stored exclusively in local app storage and/or optionally in the device's photo library. Deleting the app also removes all locally stored analysis data.
In addition, the app stores two small values in the iOS Keychain on your device: how many of the free analyses you have used, and whether you bought the app before it became free to download. These values never leave your device. Unlike the analysis data, iOS keeps Keychain entries when the app is deleted, so that the free analyses cannot be reset simply by reinstalling the app.
Padel Motion Tracker offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never receive your payment details, your name or your email address. Apple's own privacy policy applies to the payment: apple.com/legal/privacy.
To manage subscriptions and to check whether you have access, the app uses the service RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). RevenueCat processes:
This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking or advertising. It does not include any videos, motion data or analysis results. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Data may be transferred to the USA; RevenueCat relies on appropriate safeguards for this (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses). Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time in your Apple Account settings. The terms of use are Apple's standard license agreement: Terms of Use (EULA).
Video, motion, or result data is never shared with third parties. The app contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. The only third parties involved are Apple (payment) and RevenueCat (subscription management) for the purchase data described in section 5.
Since all analysis takes place locally on your device, we do not hold any personal data resulting from your use of the analysis features. You retain full control over your videos and analysis results, as they are stored exclusively on your device and can be removed by deleting the app.
For the purchase data processed by RevenueCat, you can request access or deletion at any time via the email address above. As the data is not linked to your identity, we may ask you for the app user ID shown in the app or for a purchase receipt from Apple to find it.
Regardless, depending on your jurisdiction you may generally have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
